8. YOU ARE HERE NOW In this phase, you will be introduced to the world of AIESEC and the different programs you can be part off in order to gain an integrated international leadership experience. You will learn about the WHY , HOW and WHAT of AIESEC and it will empower you to pick your path/program to kick start your AIESEC XP.
10. Experiential Leadership Development The main programs of the organization are run here. We provide team and international internship experiences. This is the core service center where you can learn and gain everything from the global leadership network of AIESEC. Its up to you to choose your path and decide which programs will build your AIESEC experience.
11. Team Member Programme It is one of the most crucial ways in which you can start on your path towards leadership development. In this phase you will be introduced to a practical team experience, gain access to a global network and engage in practical hard skills development projects.

13. Global Community Development Programme International internships are the most intense learning experience we offer and links together our global network. This programme encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through working abroad for social and community development projects that lead to self developmentand skill enhancement for the member undertaking the programme.
14. Global Internship Programme This programme offers internships that contribute to the professional development of a member and assist them to specialise in a certain field of work. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and organisations.

30. GlobalInternshipProgram Under the GIP, the scope of internship includes: Management: administration, finance, accounting, marketing, project management and human resources. Technical: management and development in web, software, networks, and databases, plus some engineering. Education: promotion, curriculum development, teaching and counseling in the education sector. The primary purpose of the intern's job description must be; the intern's professional development.

GlobalCommunityDevelopmentProgram The Global Community Development Program (GCDP) is an internship that is hosted by an AIESEC entity under a project or a non-AIESEC organization e.g. NGO, organizations or schools in another country or territory. The primary purpose of the intern's job description must be; the intern's cross cultural understanding, personal development and the opportunity to contribute to social change.

34. Submit the application by October 12th, 2011. Attend the interview on October 18th – 19th. Held on Tue 18.10 and Wed 19.10 starting at 16.00 in learning centre Aleksandria room 333 Attend the preparation seminar October 28th – 30th. AIESEC will provide training for those accepted to the internship program. Training will include introducing AIESEC, searching for internships, and cultural preparation. What are the steps?
35. How to get accepted to the program? Evaluation Criteria In addition to reviewing application for the basic requirements, the selection team will also consider previous work experience, volunteer experience, courses taken, and answers to the open-ended questions when reviewing the applications. AIESEC is looking for students who have an interest in developing their skills and living in another culture, and who are able to manage themselves while living abroad. Meeting the basic requirements does not necessarily guarantee acceptance to the program.

Be A Change Project- http://beachange.org/ A three-day social entrepreneurship idea competition and conference that is held annually in Helsinki, Finland.
43. National conferences: AIESEC organize 4 national conferences annually. This year they are in, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Helsinki, Oulu. AIESEC HY will support you with conference costs. International conferences: There are more than 400 conferences annually. This year in Kenya, Czech Republic, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zeland, Spain, Switzerland, United States, Malaysia etc. You can apply for compensation from AIESEC HY for the conference costs.
