1. Email Blasts
   • 16 Wellness Committee Champions we blast
     emails to
        Each major department of the city is
        represented.
        The Committee Champions then determine
        the best way to communicate to their
        employees. Email, posting or distributing
2. Wellness Website
   • “Ask the Expert” where you can enter into a dialog box
     your question for Dr. Kolasa of East Carolina
     University’s Brody Medical School. You enter your
     question, your email (for return response) and
     verification code (those hard to read words for
     verification purposes) then submit
   • “Personal Health Metrics” sub section so only the
     employee can see their personal numbers.
         Walking Journal (submitted for 10,000 step club)
         Food Journal (submitted to Health Coach)
         Wellness Point Log Sheet (submitted to HR)
         Registration for Wellness activities and events
         Discussion Board for victory testimonies or inquiries
3. 9 Walking Paths
    • Measured and Registered with the American
      Heart Association and appear on the AHA
      website.
    • Once the employee walks one of the paths,
      they indicate which path on the AHA website
      and it automatically journals the number of
      steps and distance for the employee. They can
      print off the journal and submit to the 10,000 step club.
3. In Progress Now
   • Applications for iPhones, Androids, Smart Phones,
     iPads, Computers
        Health Coach App.
            Health Coach has your Biometric and Health
            Assessment numbers along with the employee’s
            milestones and goals.
            You can either “Chat”, or “Talk Live” via Skype or
            iPad with a Health Coach at anytime
            Employee would be able to access their journals,
            milestones and goals and Health Coach
            suggested actions
