AMD :Simmtronics also supports AMD chipset motherboards

manufactures Desktop, Laptop and Server memory modules.
• The Company has over 6000 different memory modules for Desktops,
Laptops/ Notebooks, and Servers, which are 100% compatible with Acer,
Compaq, HP, IBM, Intel, etc.
• The capacity of the memory modules produced by Simmtronics ranges from

• Holding Company- Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd India. It has an
employee strength of 240 employees comprising of approximately 120
workers and 120 people at the head office and various branches as on March
2010. Globally 300 personnel in the team.
• The Company has three subsidiaries namely Simmtronics Semiconductors
Pte Ltd. Singapore formed in 2005 , Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd. FZE
Dubai formed in 2009 and Simmtronics Semiconductors Inc. , USA formed
in 2010.
• The Singapore subsidiary has a manufacturing unit while those at Dubai and
USA are only sales / marketing offices. Goods are shipped to WOS from
Singapore and India.
• Singapore manufacturing plant primarily Memory Modules and
programming and testing of pre-assembled Motherboards and VGA cards.
• Dubai manufacturing plant focuses on Processing, testing & Programming of
HDD
• Production of other products like Motherboards, Netbooks, PC, VGA cards
are at the manufacturing facilities in India.
• Besides the above subsidiaries the Company also has marketing offices in
Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Jeddah, Egypt, UAE, UK, France, Vietnam,
