Supervisor – Sheet-metal/Machining/Assembly
Working on our late shift, you will lead and control a small team
manufacturing sheet metal parts and machined components. You will
need to be able to read engineering drawings and demonstrate a good
working knowledge of the operation of CNC machines, punch, press
brake, guillotine and other associated machinery.
Transport Co-ordinator
We are looking for an experienced Transport Co-ordinator who has
already gained practical knowledge within a similar industry in moving
large and complex machines. You must possess a good appreciation of
the requirements for organising transport both internally within the UK
and overseas. This will require liaison with overseas suppliers and the
organisation of permits and licenses prior to shipment.
CNC Millers
Required for both shifts, we are seeking candidates with relevant milling
experience to program and operate a new ‘three axis Dugard’ milling
machine and other machines. The role will encompass offline programming
using 3D software such as EdgeCAM and online programming using a
Fanuc control. You must be able to read and follow detailed engineering
drawings and simulate the manufacture of components.

With a broad knowledge and understanding of sheet metal fabrication
processes, preferably obtained within a welding environment, you will
control and support our sub-contractors to ensure on-time/on-spec.

be an advantage. There will be significant travel within Europe.
Quality Assurance Assistant
A part time position (job share) to support the Quality Assurance Manager
and his department in the collation and control of documentation and the
co-ordination of quality control activities. You must be well organised,

and changing environment. You should be IT literate and have excellent
communication skills, with an interest in quality.
Buyer
You will be a central point of contact - liaising with suppliers,

Production Planning Engineer
You will play a key role in planning small batch production operations
within an ERP/MRP environment. You must be able to develop and use
planning system tools to produce individual and composite production
plans for our products. You must also possess a production or related
engineering qualification and have a good working knowledge of manufac-
turing processes related to fabrication, welding, machining and assembly.
Mechanical Fitters & Assemblers
We are seeking up to 10 people, split across 2 shifts. Assembling
heat exchanger units from pre-manufactured parts, you will need to be
mechanically orientated, able to read engineering drawings, operate fixed
and handheld machinery and have an eye for detail.
Customer Service Manager
Managing a group of project managers and engineers, you will be
expected to offer our customers the highest standards of service to
ensure that orders are delivered on time, to specification and within
budget. You will need to demonstrate strong commercial skills, a good
knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience of managing
small projects involving the design and manufacture of bespoke products.
Communications will play a major part of this role- so you must be able
to communicate to all levels of the business and to develop long-term
customer relations.

protect them until you have time for a proper cleaning.
