Natural latex cores come in a variety of ILD
ratings.
 19-22 (soft)
 24-26 (soft/medium)
 29-32 (medium/firm)
 34+ (firm)
 Because softer latex density cores don’t
offer the support many people require, we
don’t recommend sleeping on a ILD lower
than 32.
