7. But I can’t find the book!
If all of the books are on loan then you can place a hold.
This means that the book must be returned on it’s due date and will then
be held for collection at the library issue desk for the next reader in the
hold queue.

If you think the book should be on the shelves but you can’t find it
then ask a member of staff to help.
