o Assigned to the Miami International Field Office, to assist the manager in special projects regarding
South America and Caribbean Countries. Last four months, assigned to work for the avionics test
bank, reviewing 1000 questions and getting reference data for each text book answer. This project,
managed by AFS50 and AFS600, Emily White, and Stanley Roberts, was mostly for countries of the
Caribbean (Caricom).
o Assigned to teach individuals, from African countries and South America, at “Trainair” facility at
Meridian, OKC.
2000- 2003 (GM-15)
o Manager of the San Juan Flight Standard District Office, Caribbean Flight Standards Division Office
(FSDO), San Juan Puerto Rico.

o Program Manager /Airworthiness Maintenance Coordinator for South America and the Caribbean,

o Worked with ICAO, on Regional projects, developing regulations for these countries based on ICAO
