Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degreein Computer Science, Engineering or equal experience.
- 5+ years Cisco Call Manager and Cube SIP Gatewaysto Lyne, PSTN and
Videosystems.
- Strong Hands-on knowledge of SIP, H.323, and TCP/IP Protocols.
- Strong VOiP QOS implementationusing G711, G729 protocols.
- Experiencewith IVR, E911, call recording, voiceand video conferencing.
- 3+ years working with Lan/Nanrouting and switching inlargeenterprise
environment.
- 3+ years working with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP advanced routing protocolsin
largeenterpriseenvironment.
- Experiencein MPLS, Sonet, GigabitEthernet and Fiber Channel.
- 2-4 years experiencewith Load-Balancing, 2-4 yearsexperiencewith Lan-
Lan tunneling with DMVPN.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and integrationwith Lyneand
Videosystems.
- Knowledge of telecommunications systemsincluding Avaya System
Manager, SessionManager, and CommunicationManager.
- Familiar with networktopologiessuch as Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM,
DWDM, SON, SONET, etc.
- Familiar with older TOM solutionsand their design.
