I am the owner of Prather Engineering Consultants, Inc. In Burleson, Texas. I evaluate and write
structural reports for residential and commercial properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan
area. Stacey Kitchens served as my office manager for almost 5 years. As such, she was
responsible for answering the telephone, scheduling my appointments, writing all reports and
distributing them to the proper personnel, answering questions and complaints on the telephone,
and completing the bookkeeping duties associated with the reports. Stacey did an excellent job in
completing her duties in an efficient and professional manner. She quickly learned the terms and
phrases associated with this industry, maintained a calm attitude regardless of the circumstances,
was punctual and efficient in completing her tasks, and was a pleasure to have as an associate. I
most appreciated her willingness to quickly adapt to various situations, sometimes staying late to
complete a report that was needed the next day, always maintaining her pleasant attitude,
dressing neatly, and being a help rather than a hindrance in resolving problems. She was, in my
terms, very solid.
I can recommend Stacey without reservation for any position for which she applies. She is a
person of high moral character, and was an excellent employee for this company. I feel sure she
will demonstrate those same abilities in a new position.
