2. Machu Picchu:
Machu Picchu (Quechua "Old Mountain") is one of the new 7 wonders
of the world located in Peru, in the department of Cuzco, in the
province of Urubamba.
This ancient Andean town was built in the fifteenth century as the
residence of rest and religious sanctuary.
Today it is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and the most visited
tourist destination in Peru.
3. Chichen Itzá
The Chichen Itza (Mayan "mouth of the well of the Itza") is one of the seven new
wonders of the world located in Mexico, in the town of Tinum, state of Yucatan.
This archaeological building, built by the Mayacivilzación was the most important
ceremonial Yucatan, military and political city.
Today it is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the most visited tourist
destinations of Mexico.
4. Iguazu falls
Iguazu Falls (Portuguese: Cataratas do Iguaçu) are located on the
Iguazu River on the border between Argentina Misiones and Brazil's
State of Parana. You are fully inserted in protected areas; Argentina
sector is within the Iguazu National Park, while the portion of Brazil is
located in the Iguaçu National Park. They were chosen as one of the
"Seven Natural Wonders of the World."
