Jeff Lane
Partner, Tanner De Witt Solicitors (Hong Kong)
Jeff Lane has been practising as a lawyer in Hong Kong for over 20 years. He focuses on
commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
Jeff specialises in corporate fraud and asset tracing with particular expertise in carrying
out complex multi-jurisdictional fraud and asset tracing investigations. He has significant

Robert Hunter

David Tiang

David Tiang specializes in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. He also has
extensive experience in foreign direct investment, merger and acquisition, and corporate
commercial work in China and other Asia jurisdictions.
He has worked in the Asia Pacific region both in private practice and in-house counsel's
role for the last 20 years, and has handled and led many complex cross-border
investments and transactions. In addition, as Asia regional counsel for top Fortune 500

Randall Arthur
Partner, Kobre & Kim (Hong Kong)
Randall Arthur focuses his practice on insolvency litigation, international judgment
enforcement & offshore asset recovery and financial products and services disputes. He
has extensive experience in the identification and freezing of assets globally in aid of
Hong Kong and foreign legal proceedings, often involving issues relating to complex
fraud. Mr. Arthur is also an accomplished authority in the contentious insolvency and
bankruptcy arena where he regularly handles cross-border matters on behalf of multiple

Bruno Arboit

Bruno Arboit is the founder and managing partner of Zolfo Cooper’s China practice.
He began his accountancy career in Australia and has more than 27 years' experience,
predominantly in the corporate recovery, forensic accounting and litigation support
area. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong for over 17 years.
Bruno has considerable experience in acting for stakeholders of companies facing
financial difficulties and has undertaken numerous special investigations and business
reviews involving the assessment of financial viability and the formulation of recovery
strategies.

Justin Yip

Richard Millett QC
Essex Court Chambers (UK)
Richard Millett was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2003.
He has a broad commercial practice covering a variety of different specialist areas, with
an emphasis on advocacy in court and in arbitration and other tribunals. He specialises in
banking and financial markets, fraud and asset-tracing and litigation concerning offshore
trusts (family and commercial), private equity vehicles and structured financing, bonds
and derivatives. He regularly appears in the Chancery Division, Commercial Court, the
Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
He also conducts cases in the first instance and appellate courts of the British Virgin
Islands, Anguilla, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and the Isle of Man, and is a fully called

Ian Mann

Disa Sim

Disa Sim brings both academic and practical expertise to the complex issues of fraud,
asset tracing and recovery. She is dual-qualified in Singapore and New York and holds a
first class degree from the National University of Singapore and an LLM from Harvard
Law School. Prior to joining Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP as a partner, she served as law

Paul Mc Grath

Eddee Ng

Eddee is a Joint Managing Partner of the firm and he is in the Litigation and Arbitration

Eddee has handled a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial litigation cases. Some

committed by employees in respect of the company's Mexican subsidiary;

Michael Witington

Timothy Haynes

Tim Haynes is a partner in Walkers' Hong Kong office with over 20 years of experience

Koh Swee Yen

Michael, a native of California, graduated with a Degree in Economics from the
University of California, Berkeley, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of
California, Hastings College of the Law.
