Financial Resource Development- Shlichut Unit, Nativ Program for Jewish
Identity, Nitzana Educational Village, and Community Liaison
• Responsible for developing, cultivating and soliciting new (and other long
time donors) prospects for gift-giving to The Jewish Agency in general and
the above units in particular.
• Manage the entire development processes for the individual donors
cultivated by me and also responsible for managing the coordinated efforts
of the entire team regarding the above programs, ensuring that the various
departments work together to allow for efficient and significant resource
development.
• Responsible for developing and creating new areas of potential partnership
for prospective donors.
• Responsible for FRD for the Shlichut Content Unit, Nativ and Nitzana-
coordinating presentation of the units, coordinating marketing and sales
efforts, strategic thinking regarding "what, why, and how."
• Liaison with NA FRD team regarding various communities and federations
raising allocations to the Jewish Agency.

• Management of and responsibility for unit dealing with hundreds of visits
of donors and potential donors to Jewish Agency programs, institutions, and
sites.

• Training Missions professionals and field staff in hosting donor missions,
and ensuring that everyone involved is "on the same page."

• Directed unit's activities in the FSU, including all connections with donors.
