The document discusses connecting people and processes through process descriptions, work instructions, and training materials. It explains that starting with existing quality manuals and process descriptions, more detail can be added. The primary focus is on primary processes but support processes are also considered. Deliverables include testing. Training needs are defined through a matrix and job descriptions are aligned to process descriptions for synergy. Different forms of training are discussed.
4. Process
A starting point could be a quality manual, often this is a solid basis for the
description of the existing company processes.
Depending on the level on which these have been described, we will increase the
level of detail of these descriptions.
There is a strong focus on the primary processes, but supporting processes can
also be taken into consideration.
