focus, thoroughness, and the ability to complete a project, I would recommend Suzanne
Seltzer.
As the Governor's Administrator for the Division of Human Resources (DHR), I am responsible
for administering the State's personnel system including training for employees.
On November 4, 2013, DHR presented training on managing a multi-generation workforce to
agency directors and their leadership teams. Suzanne was asked to research information on
how to recruit and retain the four generations in today's workforce and what to expect from
the upcoming generation. Ms. Seltzer went above and beyond what we asked of her. Not only
did she provide us with the information, she also prepared the draft outline for the training
including a PowerPoint presentation and worked collaboratively with our training team on the
final product. This training was very informative and well-received by agency leaders, and
much of the success of the training is due to the research and preparation by Suzanne Seltzer.
During Suzanne's internship, she reported directly to the State's Chief Learning Officer, Terri
DeNinno, and worked with us from August 28, 2013 to December 4, 2013. If you have
