2.  They Lived in the Northern Territories,
Labrador and Quebec in Canada, Alaska and in
Russia…
Where they lived…..

3.  The Inuit lived in Igloos and Tents.
Homes…..

4.  Since the Inuit lived in the cold they wore lots
of Coats and Mittens made from local animals
like Polar bears and Seals.
Clothing…..

5.  Again the cold weather brought raw meat from
Seals, Polar bears, and Walruses.
Foods…..

6.  The Inuit boys had tasks like Hunting with
Elders and Chop fire wood.
 The Girls cooked with their mothers and did
other cleaning jobs.
 Mothers prepared food, worked on skins and
made clothes.
 Fathers hunted, built houses, and fished.
Jobs and Chores…..

7.  The children played games like Kneel jump,
Back push, and Alaskan high kick.
Games…..

8.  The Inuit believed in Animism which is were
all objects and living things have a spirit but
they also believed in Christianity.
Worships and Beleifs…..

9.  The Ulu, Which was a curved edged knife
used for cutting frozen meat.
 The Harpoon, A rope connected to a spear
used for precise hunting.
 Bow and Arrow, Also used for precise hunting
Weapons…..

10.  Girls ran the household
 They lived for over 1,000 years
 Boys and Girls had tattoos
