2. OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT:
The purpose of this exercise is to understand the
complete production process of making a flash clip
from concept to excuation.

3. The Process:-
The complete process follow the step
as below-
Step 1: Story collection.
Step 2: Selection of story.
Step 3:Character design and scenerio
Step 4: storyboard prearation –sketching/colouring.
Step 5:Tracing of sketch using lightbox.
Step 6:Scaning of storyboard sketch.
Step 7:Digitization -Import to photoshop.
Step 8:Storyboard/scene -Digital drawing.
-Character drawing in layers.
- Background drawing.
Step 9:Scene finalization for Flash animation.
Step 10:Import to Flash: -Photoshop layers.
-Separate character layer.
Step 11: Flash animation of scene.
Step 12: Flash clip publication.

4. Step 1- Collection of story
STORY 1:The old man,his young wife and theif.
STORY 2:Fighting goats and the jackal.
STORY 3:The king and the foolish monkey
STORY 4:The bird with two heads.
STORY 5:The jackal and the drum.

5. Step 2: Selection of story
STORY 1:The old man,his young wife and theif.
The story is about an old man who was a widower,then
he remarried.His young wife was unhappy as he was an
old man.The old man did everything to impressed
her.One night a thief entered into his home,suddenly his
wife hugged him as she was scared and came to know
the reason why his wife hugged him.His was very happy
and shouted at the theif “ i am a happy man now please
take anything you like”.
MORAL:Sometimes,even our enemy can be benefical
to us.

6. STEP 3:Character Design

10. STEP 4: STORYBORAD PREPARATION
Storyboard is made up of different
scens.Here storyboard is prepared to
know the scene and timing for each
scene.

11. STEP 5:TRACING OF SKETCH USING
LIGHTBOX
I have done the tracing with the help of
lightbox.There i have used an A4 size paper
for the output.

12. STEP 6: SCANING OF STORYBOARD
SKETCH
The tracing paper was scaned for the digitization
with the help of a scanner.

13. STEP 7: DIGITIZATION-IMPORT TO
PHOTOSHOP
The scaned image was imported to photoshop for
digitization.

14. Step 8:Storyboard/scene
-Digital drawing
-Character drawing in layers
- Background drawing.
These steps were done in photoshop.

15. Step 9:Scene finalization for Flash
animation
When all the above steps/process were done,then
the scene was finalized for animation in flash.

16. Step 10:Import to Flash -Photoshop layers.
-Separate character layer.
The digitized photoshop file was imported to flash
for animation.

17. STEP 11:FLASH ANIMATION OF SCENE.
In this step the scene was animated.

18. STEP 12:FLASH CLIP PUBLICATION
Here the flash file was saved in .swf format and the
clip was published.
