 5’5” and 140lbs.
 Black hair
 Brown eyes

Murfreesboro, Tenn.

3. WANTED
 Wanted by TBI and the Smyrna Police
Department on one count of first degree
murder and one count of attempted first
degree murder

4. Allegations
 On June 23, 2013 at approximately 1:30 a.m.,
shooting occurred at the Souksavahn
Restaurant located at 1890 Almaville Road
that left three people shot.
 One of the victims, John Bouavong, died as a
result of the shooting.
 Law enforcements believes that Mouthouta
is responsible for the shooting

5. Description
 Mouthouta is a drug user and has been
arrested on drug charges.
 He may be armed with the 40 caliber pistol
used in the shooting.
 He could be driving a 2004 Silver Honda
Accord with Tennessee tag 093NGR.
