Jonathon Sawyer has won many national awards in the past few years for the work that he does in the kitchen - most recently while at his restaurant The Greenhouse Tavern - and the way that he approaches his work in general. It was very exciting, upon meeting him, to learn that his talent does not outweigh his generosity and genuine commitment to creating a healthier Cleveland.
