5. Method
•
1.Soak rice in water for 5 to 10 min.
•
2.Cut the onion ,green chilli ,extract the coconut
milk from the coconut.
6. Preparation
•
Take a pressure cooker ,put the ghee,oil,when it is
hot add cloves,cinnamon ,bay leaves,fennel
seed,fry for few minutes.
•
Then add the onion ,garlic ginger paste fry for 10
minutes.
•
Now add the chopped tomatoes,mint,chopped
green chilli ,enough salt and cook until tomato
mushy .
7. Preparation
•
Add the mushroom,chilli powder,turmeric
powder,add one cup of coconut milk,one and half of
water,rice, coriander leaves and mix well.
•
Cook for 2 to3 whistle.
•
Remove the rice from pressure cooker and serve
with raitha & gravy & varuval.
