8. The 180 Degrees team listened carefully to our concerns about the shortcomings of
current systems and conceptualized a new financial reporting tool. This tool
improves our ability to track and evaluate costs across our programs, and direct
fundraising dollars where they are needed most. Throughout the project, we were
thoroughly impressed by the team's focus on developing a functional and flexible
tool. They put an incredible amount of time into design, testing and debugging.
They provided clear, hands-on training and troubleshooting assistance to ensure
our staff are able to put the tool into practice. Their insight and attention to detail
went above and beyond our experience in other consulting projects, and we would
definitely recommend them to other organizations.

9. As I have mentioned many times, our Greater New York Salvation Army experience
of working in partnership with 180 Degrees Consulting – NYU has been exquisite.
Every element of our interaction has been superb. The quality of the consulting
product as well as of the consulting process is, in my experience, beyond compare:
courtesy -- a unique professional kindness, really; astute attentiveness (acute
listening evidenced in project outcomes); eloquent, clear, timely communication;
intelligence and insight; understanding of our mission and sympathy with the folks
we serve (even to the extent of giving non-consulting volunteer hours on their
behalf); an uncanny capacity to combine in the final product profound analysis of
the situation, simple, graphic explanation of the same, and on-the-ground
functional resolution.
