2. Loyalty Programme «5 diamonds»
• A comprehensive loyalty programme '5 Diamonds' is functioning in retail dealer
centers of 'NIKO' Group of companies. The program's aim is to provide a number of
additional services and benefits to its Participants within the framework of a long-term
cooperation with the 'NIKO' brand as well as to develop a culture of loyal attitude both
with the company and its Clients
• The Loyalty Programme '5 Diamonds' includes 5 levels, ascending which 'NIKO' Clients
can use a number of bonuses for car service, purchase of spare parts and accessories,
insurance services and a series of additional benefits according to the Program's terms
and conditions.
• The Programme's distinctive feature is that it is functioning within whole 'NIKO' dealer
network on the territory of Ukraine (Kyiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhya, Lviv,
Chernivtsi). Once the Client obtained certain level of discounts, he/she automatically
gets the same level at other NIKO’s centers.
3. Offer for ACC members
• ACC-members may enjoy the discount increased by one level compared to their actual
according to the Programme.
• Chamber Member employees get the same level as their Employers for private car
acquisition (must be owner) and its further maintenance.
• Chamber Member employees should confirm his/her status by providing both official
letter from Company and ACC Membership Card. Employee’s identity should be
corroborated by national passport.
• The maximum Programme level remains unchanged and equal to 5.
• The Programme level increase does not affect cars and services under special offers
unless personal decision of Dealer’s General Director.
