• One of the most applicable
information I learned in the class
was how to utilize social media in a Business.

• Ability to communicate in
a professional way is
crucial to success in any
field.
• This course has taught me
how to formulate my ideas
in a clear and concise way
that will effectively relay
my message to any
audience.

4. How did I learn it?
• Analyzing and reviewing other students’ work was important to
solidifying the information.
• WA3, regarding comparing websites, helped me look at Web design
and context in a different light.
• Having the PowerPoints helped simplify the material and make it
easy to comprehend.
• They are great tools to refer back to in the future.
• The Short report gave me an opportunity to put my 5c’s along with
the other skills I have learn into action in a real way.

6. Does is Matter?
• Changes in technology have affected the way we
communicate in business and, without the skills
learned in the course, it would be very difficult to
succeed in the constantly evolving world of business.

• I’m in sales management.
• I don’t have to wait to implement what I have
learned!

work.
