Objectives
Are there empirical, scalable, predictable metrics of engagement across
consumer touchpoints, that explain from a consumer-centric point of view why
and how behaviors are what they are?
Further, how does this impact content and advertising reception across
multiple measures of efficacy?

When comparing the Fit of a brand for themselves, CONSUMERS WHO
