assisting you with class registration or scholarship and internship applications—we are
committed to providing you the resources you need to meet your education and career
goals.
Some of the opportunities and resources available to you include the following:
Academic Support—Comprehensive academic support starts from day one and
continues through graduation. Take advantage of one-on-one academic
counseling with faculty, common test topic reviews, stress-management
techniques, and workshops on exam-writing strategies, organizing and
memorizing Black Letter Law, and other useful subjects.
Awards and Scholarships—There are a variety of scholarships available to help
cover your law school expenses. We also offer convenient payment plan options.
California Bar Exam Preparation—In addition to our required curriculum, which
covers every Bar-tested subject, we offer presentations, panel discussions, and

both fundamental concepts and emerging legal trends we offer certificates in
Business Law, Criminal Law, Family Law , and Estate Planning.
Hands-on Training—All students have the opportunity to gain practical training
they can use in the workforce through our directed study program or legal
internship program.
Learning Resources—A multitude of learning resources are available to enhance
your understanding of legal principles, help you develop research skills, and
improve your exam performance.
Moot Court—Students enrolled in the Moot Court course participate in an inter-
mural event held at the Court of Appeal for the Second Appellate District,
Division Six. This is a healthy competition against our counterparts from the
University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Students draft briefs and argue a
criminal appeal based on an actual trial transcript.
Student Services—We have a variety of campus organizations and events to help
students forge bonds with their fellow students and future colleagues.
