2. MARKET WRAP
Sensex gained 0.69% @ 19,635.72 pts; Nifty gained 0.70% @ 5,939.70 pts.
European major indices FTSE, DAX & CAC were up from 0.31% to 1.00%.
Asian Nikkei, Hang Seng & SSCE composite were red from 0.31% to 1.60%.
Sensex raised 134.64@19635.72; Nifty gained 41.50pts@5,939.70. First of the
resistance levels has been taken out by the market, ended another listless day of trade
in green as technology shares such as Infosys extended gains on hopes of stronger
earnings while buying spurred defensive sectors such as Pharma & consumer goods.
