What YATEC is about Why I joined YATEC YATEC activities: 4 events annually – educational / networking / membership Membership – free yatec membership for atec member orgs
The Development Program, formerly the National YATEC Mentoring Program, is an eight week educational program designed to motivate, inspire and provide newer industry members a professional platform to develop essential business knowledge and networks. Graduates of the program come away with a greater skill-set and knowledge of the tourism industry and are therefore more efficient and highly motivated in their workplace. Graduates have also had greater career success within the tourism industry over the short and long term.
