- 3 RHCs have labour room attached
- 8 sub centers do not have subcentre building, even no demarkated
land space for S/C.

Kawtkhapon RHC in Mudon has no building and
it has to be opened at the local authority’s office in the morning.

Among 5 RHCs in Pyinmana township,
1 RHC (Boe-ma) and 4 sub centres
have no building,
1 sub centre is being constructed.

Naungbo subcenter under Painetaw RHC have no building.

20. Hsipaw
One out of 14 sub-centers and
3 special region clinics
( Pan Hone, Nar Nyu and Ohn mu)
had building that need
major renovation and need to construct
1 SC . 5 RHCs have labor rooms.

21. Conclusion
• Infrastructures are needed for motivation of midwives
to work in the community especially in HTR areas
• Infrastructures for working and living have to be fulfilled
• Prioritization have to be done for those in real need
than those that can wait for the construction of sub
center
• Similarly for renovation, HSS program could take care of
a few: but in the CTHP, gaps for refurbishment were
mentioned for donors and other interesting parties
concern and contribution.
