IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional
with menu design and menu management experience. Key responsibilities include
the development of recipes and portion specifications in accordance with consumer
tastes, nutritional needs, and ease of preparation. You will also lead other menu
planning activities to include the determination of purchasing specifications and
working with Operations team to source ingredients. The successful candidate will
exemplify our mission, brand values and promise, and will be a dynamic,
entrepreneurial individual who will provide a unique and exemplary experience for
our customers. You will be responsible for building, managing, and enhancing our
current menu in order to guide our team towards optimal performance and
customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
MENU DESIGN and MENU MANAGEMENT:
Designing individual healthy meals in the clean eating space
Managing the forecasted “Meal Calendar” based on Executive direction
Coordinating the Terra’s Kitchen stable of “Celebrity Chef’s” by helping to find
and work with them on their menus
Brainstorm new and creative ways to make smart food and cooking content
SOURCING INGREDIENT SUPPLIES:
Working with our Operations team, supply vendors and partners to source
and approve ingredients
Providing requirements to suppliers and assist with any regulatory approvals
MARKETING (FOOD PREP and FOOD STYLIST):
Continue to work within the menu card template process
Develop step by step instructions for food prep
Preparing meals for regularly scheduled food photo shoots
Working with Nutritionist to develop “Menu Facts” for labeling and marketing
needs
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Passion for food and a natural curiosity for the culinary arts
Ability to develop and refine dishes, with a focus on nutrition and
presentation
Entrepreneurial, make things happen attitude, creative problem solver, and
driven and goal oriented
Ability to craft and effectively communicate a “story” for the food and flavor
creations
Excellent organization, time management, problem solving, planning skills,
and attention to detail
Knowledge of Food Safety & Food Quality requirements
Excellent written and oral communication as well as presentation skills
Exceptional written expression for the authoring and editing of concise,
simple recipe methods
Ability to utilize social media to further promote menu creations
Team-oriented, collaborative and flexible work style
Passion for understanding and enhancing the customer experience
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of BA
in Food Science, Nutrition, or Culinary Arts from an Accredited Education
