About
the
Course
Leaders
Tobias
Webb
Toby
has
spent
the
last
15
years
analysing
how
leading
companies,
and
laggards,
are
responding
to
the
changing
role
of
business
in
society.
He’s
organised
or
overseen
more
than
150
business
conferences,
training
workshops
and
meetings
on
business
strategy
since
1999.
As
founder
of
Ethical
Corporation
since
2001
Toby
has
interviewed
hundreds
of
leading
managers
and
CEOs,
worked
with
NGOs
and
for
the
last
five
years
taught
Applied
Corporate
Responsibility
at
Birkbeck,
University
of
London,
where
he
develops
and
leads
executive
education
programmes.
As
a
consultant,
advisor
and
trainer
he’s
worked
in-‐
depth
with
some
of
the
world’s
largest
companies
and
frequently
visits
lean
and
frontier
markets
to
host
training
and
work
with
large
companies.
In
2014
he
founded
Innovation
Forum
and
having
advised
the
UK
Prime
Minister
on
responsible
business
from
2006-‐9
now
advises
the
Government
of
Ghana
on
the
development
and
implementation
of
their
national
CSR
framework.
Wayne
Dunn
Wayne
brings
a
unique
blend
of
practical
experience
and
academic
rigour
to
the
program.
A
Professor
of
Practice
in
CSR
at
McGill
University,
Founder
and
Executive
Director
of
the
CSR
Training
Institute
and
a
globally
recognized
practitioner
with
over
20
years
of
award
winning,
practical
stakeholder
and
sustainability
project
experience
advising
companies,
governments,
communities
and
international
organizations
in
the
space
where
business
meets
society.
Someone
who
has
been
there,
working
with
Indigenous
Peoples
in
the
Americas,
helping
the
African
mining
industry
address
HIV/AIDS,
building
stakeholder
partnerships
across
industries,
geographies
and
sectors.
Recently
he
developed
an
Executive
Program
on
CSR
for
McGill
University
and
led
deliveries
of
the
program
in
North
America
and
Africa.
Current
projects
include
advising
the
government
Ghana
on
the
development
and
implementation
of
a
national
CSR
framework,
advising
an
Amazonian
Indigenous
community
on
relationships
with
the
petroleum
industry
as
well
as
other
strategic
and
advisory
services
worldwide.
Sean
Ansett
Sean
is
the
former
Interim
Executive
Director
of
the
Bangladesh
Safety
Accord,
former
Corporate
Responsibility
Director
at
Burberry
and
at
Gap
Inc.
Sean
is
currently
Chief
Sustainability
Office
at
Fairphone.
In
his
session
Sean
will
deconstruct
Gap
Inc.'s
stakeholder
strategy
that
he
developed,
including
insights
into
innovating
strategy
and
process
at
the
global
retailer
and
unpacking
issues
such
as
influencing
leadership
and
drivers,

Dr
Peter
Davis
Dr
Peter
Davis
works
with
companies
and
governments
to
help
them
understand
and
manage
complex
societal,
political
and
ethical
challenges.
Between
2006-‐
2009,
Dr
Davis
co-‐chaired
David
Cameron’s
Working
Group
on
Responsible
Business
Practice.
He
has
worked
extensively
with
the
Government
of
Sweden
on
engaging
the
corporate
sector
in
overseas
development
policy,
and
is
now
working
with
them
on
the
role
of
the
private
sector
in
conflict.
He
is
also
working
as
political
economy
advisor
to
the
British
Department
of
International
Development
on
a
business
environment
reform
project
in
Nigeria.
His
book,
Corporations,
Global
Governance
and
Post-‐Conflict
Reconstruction
was
published
by
Routledge
in
2012.
He
is
also
a
member
of
visiting
faculty
