Yes there is more than enough room as his back garden is big enough to shoot in.

it will be very easy as most of the shots I use are close ups or mid shots.
Is electricity available (if needed)?
yes it is easy to access.
Do you have written consent to film on the premises? (If so, evidence a Location Release Contract.)
No I do not have written confirmation.
Overall, how much does this location match your vision? If so, why?
It matches my vision as the garden is very green like a park however it is easier to access
electricity as I might need a light as it might look alittle dark.
