The Executive summary of IMAGIFLY studio
Name: Heyu Ding
Birth date : Nov 19. 1992
High school: Baytown Christian Academy
College: Pennsylvania State University
Major: Hospitality Management
I became a professional designer since I was 20 years old. And this is my first
and most beloved company I invented. I will be working with 3 other designers which
were also my classmates back in college. The purpose of founding this company is
through the study of modern automobile designs we notice there is lack of quality of
design and also lack in quantity of designs as well. So we decide to fill this gap.
First of all in order to get started the company we should come up with work
distribution plan first, because others may think to have a plan for the financial first
but we don’t just because the divide each people have will have a clearly way of
doing and motivating them before we even get started. Then is the financial
perspective which is how much money each one have to invented, how much we have
in terms of sorting the money. Then is what we do for stated.
Before we even stated we already our value, and our value isn’t the same
because we need the CEO which is me to focus on organizing work and solving the
incoming difficulties and even motivating everyone so I share the most value and then
we have the core designer know as the director of designing department which lead us
through every direction of style and next is another designer which do the most model
design job , he is well trained and has a great experience to creating the final project.
And finally is our forecasting and backing up guy which makes all our supplier and
also negotiating with the automobile company which is our potential customer and do
all the accounting steps.
Mission statement
Our mission is to lead the automobile industry in terms of appearance. Save
the industry by providing the great quality designs in a regular basis.
The mission statement we have for our company is ;
Do not think inside of the box at all
Individual work only
Travel for creativity
Use natural appearance as inspiration
Identify the weakness of other project
Always put zero pressure on the project
No deadline for everything
Motivation
As a designer the great project may come just a snap so put no pressure on the
designer will benefit for our company and also no contract will be held with
automobile company because great project may come within two weeks and will also
takes a decade to do.
Competitive analysis
Strengths
Passion I’m the fan of Automonile since I
was born, I’m a half professional of
Automobile and I owns three Mercedes
now which makes me really know about
Mercedes.
We all have design major
Weaknesses
Lack in business strategy in terms of
advertising and motivation.
No real world experience and need
lawyers in order for us to negotiating.
Opportunities
Age advantage over others in this
industry. Rapid grown industry.
We only focus on the design, good
environment, good team and relaxing
schedule.
Threats
Age is also a issue for me because GM
suppose to lead a team and the younger
leader will barely have the motivation
and empowerment.
Tie budget. No frame in the beginning.
Even though it looks like a very tough job, but I believe that all the problems
in this world, however complicated they might be, share one answer: time.
After all, time can transform an average rock into gleaming jade after tens of
thousands of years. I often ask myself: What was it that allowed me to confidently
move abroad to study? What was my advantage over other people my age? And the
answer is time—the desire to achieve my dream, intensified over time.
Marketing plan
There are many automobile company nowadays but the best of them were VW
GROUP which has Bently, Lambognihi, Audi, VW and so on. BMW which contains
BMW, RR. And Mercedes Benz which has MAYBACH and Benz. They all have
different design and development department for their own but not doing a very good
job. They will also taking some design from some private design studio from Italy
which is our core competitor.
Competition: There is not much competitors in the segment but beat the designer of
their own is the best challenger for us.
Economic: It’s been pretty good for all the automobile company so they are raising
the budget for their design department which causes us to have a great fight with them.
Legal: It’s legal if we avoid to copy others style.
Technological: Very difficult since our labatory has no comparison with their high
budget labatory.
Sociocultural: We need to uses the latest design tool for us to come up with what we
been thinking about.
Even though it looks like a very tough job, but I believe that all the problems in this
world, however complicated they might be, share one answer: time.
After all, time can transform an average rock into gleaming jade after tens of
thousands of years. I often ask myself: What was it that allowed me to confidently
move abroad to study? What was my advantage over other people my age? And the
answer is time—the desire to achieve my dream, intensified over time.
Ever since I was young, I had a greater goal in mind, and that was to become a world-
renowned automobile designer. Even until now, the passing of time has not made me
fearful or made me feel like giving up, but instead has only intensified my desire to
make my dream come true.
The first time I had contact with a car, I was deeply attracted to its unique aura, like
the sound of the active engine, the seemingly magical steering wheel, and the
numerous controls on the dashboard. I thought the world was changed because of the
automobile. From then on out, I fell in love with cars and often sat near the window
for hours, staring off at all the vehicles passing by and daydreaming about the day I
could design such attractive cars that would be produced and dot the roads of this
world. In summer 2009 have a great opportunity to work as a salesman for the Buick
Motor Company in Hangzhou China. It was my job to greet the customers as they
entered the dealership. Once I determined the type of vehicle the customer was
searching for, I was able to steer them towards various models that would meet their
needs. I had memorized all the specifications of the different cars on the showroom
floor -- engine size, transmission, interior, suspension, warranty information, etc. I
even knew the specifications of our competitors' models and was able to point out
why the Buick models were superior. I was quite successful at negotiating a price
with the customer to seal the deal.
Because I have such a great passion of becoming a good designer I believe that my
company and my co-worker will succeed . I understand that there is many profession
designer out their but I made a research that they are all pretty old and lack of
creativity compare to us and their will not change the way they’ve been doing for
decedes. We are starting from scarch and have more room for us to improve.
Target Markets:
Automobile industry
Marketing Objectives:
Come up with our own style
Marketing Strategies:
The core percpective for our studio is we do not rely on any automobile company
which provide the most freedom of working experience.
Evaluation and Performance:
Can be correctly indicate the advantage and weakness of our project before we turn
I into the automobile company.
Stack Holder Groups

I’M a junior and will be graduating in fall 2016. Here is my predicted financial
statement in five years. For the first two years I will not be working because I’m still
in school and having double major so I will not have time for work so most of my
income will come from my parents. They are very supportive for my bachelor’s
degree so they will pay 300000 for everything including academic expense and two
luxury cars. And for the next three years after graduation they won’t pay me anything
so I will have a job which will have 60000 first year and will increase by almost 18%.
First two years I will spent a lot on renewing both of my cars considering having
about 20% depreciation plus the price different between my current one and the one
I’m replacing with. Also I will spent al lot on traveling, two short breaks spring break
and thanks giving break will spent 10000 each and for the longer summer break I will
spend 6000 on traveling as well as shopping, and spend 20000 for Christmas trip.
The three critical areas to the success of this financial plan are:
1 Be able to keep away from buying expensive automobile and clothes after
graduation.
2 Gain 60000 salary on my first job and get 18% increase on salary each year.
If I’m able to succeed this plan I will have achieved the following:
1 Still have some cash after the first year of working which can be planned for the
future.
2 I will afford to have my own luxury car in 2020.
