Goals
Setting the path to your goals

Alice in Wonderland example

Alice comes to a fork in the road and doesn’t know which way to proceed.
She sees the Cheshire Cat and asks:

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to, ‘ said the Cat.
“ I don’t much care where…” said Alice
“ Then it doesn’t matter which way you go, “ said the Cat.
“…so long as I get SOMEWHERE, “ Alice added
“ Oh, you’re sure to do that, “ said the Cat
(Alice in Wonderland, Lewis Carrol, 1866)

The excerpt illustrates the importance of setting clear goals.
Goals
Setting the path to your goals

We constantly need to set goals whether it is thought through and planned step
by step or just thinking about it. Goals can be set for any area of your life.
Remember it is important to set specific goals and that you may revise your goals
as you proceed along your journey.

SMARTER Goal setting
