Our three schools also have academic
programmes for younger UWC students.
8. Social responsibility
UWC fosters a culture of social
responsibility and volunteering. UWC
students are given the responsibility and
courage to identify opportunities
and take the lead.
Each UWC tailors its programme to the
local environment.
9. UWC is transformational
At UWC we challenge our students to think
for themselves and to take advantage of
their personal potential in the context of a
diverse community. It is a transformational
experience and the start of a lifelong
journey.
