 Dr. Nelson was born and raised in Albany, New York
 Graduated from the State University of New York at
Albany.
 Graduated valedictorian of her class from the University
of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1983.
 Upon completion of a General Practice Residency with
the United States Air Force in 1984, she moved to Florida
and finished her military obligation at Patrick AFB. There
she enjoyed serving her country and learning with some
of the most esteemed and successful dentists in Brevard.

 Dr Nelson has a passion for quality, ethical care with a
strong emphasis on current procedures that optimize the
health of patients. As such, her practice has focused on
being mercury-free long before her colleagues.

as she began her internship at the Special Needs Clinic
at the school. While many dentists do not treat patients
