General Warm Up
In basketball, you have to warm up certain muscles, like:
To play basketball you must warm up your hamstrings these muscles are
in your legs and you can stretch them by sitting on the floor and crossing
your legs in front of you. You have to stretch the slowly, around 20
seconds for each hamstring
You must also stretch your arms because there are the part of the body
you are going to use more than the other parts.
Another part of the stretching is the shoulders where you put the right
hand on your left shoulder and you make circles with the arm. Do this for
20 seconds.

In basketball and in all sports it is crucial to have a basic training regime to
yourself. You have to do it about 3-4 days per week where involves
running, cycling, etc.
Specific warm up
A specific warm up is when the coach tells you to do some exercices to
stretch and they are specifics but you can do it in another way if you want.
For example:
First you have to stretch your head, and your neck and then your
shoulders and arms, after that your hamstrings and your legs and finally
your feet.
