Victor Rogers presents on leadership through service as the representative of SWL, the largest multicultural student organization at Old Dominion University. SWL's mission is to improve the college experience through professional development, community service, and social networking to develop future leaders. Victor argues that participating in the Starting Bloc fellowship will help him focus his efforts to grow SWL's impact through social entrepreneurship and disseminating what he learns to SWL's 250 members at universities across Virginia.
