5. Here you can see your own name and the names of people who are logged on to the webconference room or the teamsite. There is no need to invite people..when you login.. you will be in the videoconferencing room automatically

6. Test your audio and video settings!!

8. You can use this “Chat” section if your audio doesn’t work..just type here and enter..

9. Share your computer screen, documents or use the whiteboard feature

10. Click on one of these options..

11. View=your Computerscreen!

12. View=Your Document!

13. View=Whiteboard!

14. Click on stop sharing to stop
