LEESBURG, Va. (February 18, 2013) - Village at Leesburg announced today that The Art
Station, a create-your-own-art studio, has signed a lease for retail space within the 1.2 million
square foot mixed-use project at VA route 7 and Crosstrail Blvd. The Art Station will occupy
approximately 2,177 square feet of retail space in Suite 112 of the 1601 block of Village Market
Boulevard and expects to open in the spring of 2013.
Both Village at Leesburg and the tenant were represented in the transaction by KLNB Retail.
The Art Station is a unique, create-your-own-art studio offering both adult and children’s visual
arts classes in a variety of mediums, including painting, candle-making and stenciling. Designed
to fit all skill and interest levels, The Art Station also provides the perfect creative excursion for
special events, including children’s birthday parties, summer camps, ladies’ nights, date nights,
bridal showers and corporate team-building.
