Industry Initiative". This is an initiative sponsored by Bridget van Kralingen and is a joint venture between IBM and
Microsoft to jointly drive the growth of Microsoft Dynamics business globally. In this role, Vinod has been
collaborating with cross-brands and industry CoCs to ensure that we are able to deliver what has been agreed to
jointly between IBM and Microsoft.
His communication skills are above par and lucid and that helps a lot since he needs to deal with a lot of senior
people in the organization. He is quick to understand the issues being discussed and does not need to be reminded
or followed up on. This is a great trait in Vinod, as sometimes, given the number of parallel things that are
happening within the team, you need to do some things independently. “
