Get Found! – The Online Advertising & Website Optimization Event offered by The Women’s Business Center
Edinburg, Texas – March 1, 2012 –Women’s Business Center- in partnership with Virtual Media Mavens, LLC; a Web marketing and
multimedia creation agency - will be hosting a three-hour comprehensive Internet advertising, Website construction and
optimization workshop.
Virtual Media Mavens specializes in workshops created to orient and expedite the learning curve around building online presence
and digital multimedia content. Get Found! – The Online Advertising & Website Optimization Eventis intended forbusiness
owners wanting to create effective Websites and use online advertising to drive traffic to their businesses. Participants will learn
componentsof Website development (no coding required) and Website optimization to enhance search ability. This is a beginner to
intermediate level course. No prior Website development knowledge is required.Attendees will also learn how to find and use free
and paid advertising in the most cost effective way.
A live demonstration of a Website build will take attendees through each step of the building processto illustrate how simple
creating a Website can be. In addition, they will discover the key components required to create an effective Website homepage,
XML site map for Google search, and how to improve metadata and keyword strategy for search optimization.In addition,
participants will learnabout the different online advertising solutions available and how to collect and analyzethe data. **A copy of
the presentation will be given to attendees when they arriveto take additional notes and leave with the valuable information in
hand.
Get Found! – The Online Advertising & Website Optimization Event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 2-5p.m. at
