ATR and Royal Air Maroc signed a GMA for the airline’s new fleet of
ATR 72-600 aircraft. Signed for an initial period of four years, the
contract covers the four 72-600s already owned by the airline.

Lufthansa Technik and South African Airways (SAA) extended a
contract to provide support services for the 23 CFM56-7B engines in
SAA’s Boeing 737-800 fleet until the aircraft are taken out of service.
SR Technics Dec.
2013
SR Technics signed a five-year agreement with South African
Airways to extend their long-term cooperation covering all CFM56-5C
engines on the airline’s Airbus A340 fleet. The extension would run
until 2018 and all work was to be carried out in SR Technics’ facilities
in Zurich.
AEI Nov.
2013
AEI redelivered the second of four Boeing 737-400SF 11 pallet
freighters to Allied Air of Nigeria. The conversion was performed at
AEI’s Authorized Conversion Centre – Flightstar Aircraft Services –
Florida, where the third aircraft is currently undergoing modification. It
had also redelivered the first of two Kahala Aviation Boeing 737-400SF
11 pallet conversions.

E&M

AFI KLM E&M was contracted to maintain CFM56-5B engines of Aigle
Azur, which operates a fleet of 12 Airbus A320 aircraft. The agreement
covered shop visits, overhauls and repairs.
AJW Aviation Oct.
2013
AJW Aviation signed a three-year power-by-the-hour contract with
Skypower Express Airways Nigeria to support its Boeing 737-300
cargo aircraft.
Sabena
technics

2013
Sabena technics was to provide Mauritania Airlines International
with unlimited pool access to Boeing 737 Classic and NG,
components, repair and overhaul services and engineering and
maintenance, as well as a dedicated main base kit.
Aerostar August
2013
Aerostar won a contract from Starbow based in Ghana to carry out C
checks on its fleet of four BAe 146s. The first aircraft, a BAe 146-300
was completed and the second aircraft, a BAe 146-200, had arrived at
Aerostar’s facility in Bacau, Romania. The remaining aircraft will be
ferried to Bacau during the course of 2013.
