indents for spare parts.
 Sustaining existing network & managing supply chain, ensuring timely distribution of spares.

 Maintain the security of warehouse and grounds to reduce shrinkage.

Vendor Development
 Developing long-term partnerships with big suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to
ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms.
MIS Development & Implementation
 Formulating MIS reports relating to material management, cost savings / vendor operations &
transmitting them to the top management for facilitating the decision making process.
 Bringing together daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting and presenting the same to the

main services include Chip Level repairing, Logistics & Reverse Logistics, Spare Parts Operation, Onsite
Customer Service and Return - to - Bench Support. Company is in Chip level repairing of DT MBD’s and
SMPS, NB PCB, KBD, LCD, Battery, ODD etc. The major customers are HCL, MSI, ECS, FOXCOON, ACER,
