EMI
will
be
hosting
the
last
meeting
for
2011
of
the
EMI
sponsored
Book
Group.
The
group
will
meet
at
the
EDCO
office
at
281
Winter
Street
in
Waltham
from
3:45
–
5:45.
The
book
we
will
be
discussing
is
A
Memoir
of
My
Extraordinary,
Ordinary
Family
and
Me
by
Condoleezza
Rice.
This
is
book
was
suggested
at
the
last
meeting
and
is
a
look
at
one
of
America's
most
outstanding
women,
from
her
remarkable
childhood
in
Birmingham,
Alabama,
in
the
1950s
through
her
rise
to
the
highest
echelons
of
power
in
the
U.S.
government.
The
goal
of
the
EMI
Book
Group
is
to
provide
a
supportive
social
network
and
share
thoughts
on
different
readings.
We
invite
all
educators
to
attend
this
meeting
if
this
book
is
of
interest
to
you.
We
will
also
be
discussing
possible
readings
for
the
2011-­‐2012
