Artist's statement:
Involving a direct use of sun and day light as one of its working media, Power Dam is an artistic linear, light-kinetic spatial
entry of architectural space. Two- and three-dimensional in essence of its planar formation, and four-dimensional in terms
of its hosting afternoon sunlight to dance its lines. The orientation of the sculpture, in this location, at a west window, is
documented with lines drawn in that direction on the flooring, the base line of the sculpture's motif triangular shape. The
floor hovering line of bullets hold vertical the lines they end. Chosen also for their shape and appropriate weight,
physically and artistically they connote a question of this otherwise peaceful looking piece of work. Artistically, the
sculpture is about non-static line, light and therefore space. Philosophically, a piece about the illusion of peace.
