remember Me (by
praying, glorifying),
I will remember
you, and
be grateful to Me
(for My countless
Favours on you)
and never be
ungrateful to Me.

Chapter #2,
Verse #152)
3. • O you who believe (in the Oneness of
Allah - Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the
lawful things that We have provided you
with, and be grateful to Allah, if it is
indeed He Whom you worship. (Al-
Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #172)
4.
5.
6.

8. And no person can ever die except by Allah's Leave and at an appointed
term. And whoever desires a reward in (this) world, We shall give him of it;
and whoever desires a reward in the Hereafter, We shall give him thereof.
And We shall reward the grateful) Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #145)

10. Thus We have tried some of them with
others, that they might say: "Is it these
(poor believers) whom Allah has favoured
from amongst us?" Does not Allah know
best those who are grateful?

11. Say (O Muhammad )Who rescues you from the
darkness of the land and the sea (dangers like
storms), (when) you call upon Him in humility
and in secret (saying): If He (Allah) only saves us
from this (danger), we shall truly be grateful."

when you are in the ships, and they sail with them with a
favourable wind, and they are glad therein, then comes a

16. For him (each person), there are angels in succession,
before and behind him. They guard him by the
Command of Allah. Verily! Allah will not change the
(good) condition of a people as long as they do not
change their state (of goodness) themselves (by
committing sins and by being ungrateful and
disobedient to Allah). But when Allah wills a people's
punishment, there can be no turning back of it, and
they will find besides Him no protector.

of His Bounty (by transporting the goods from
place to place) and that you may be grateful.
( An-Nahl, Chapter #16, Verse #14)

you the night and the day that you may

you may seek of His Bounty (i.e. during the
day) - and in order that you may be
grateful.
( Al-Qasas, Chapter #28, Verse #73)

The Grateful.
