Man goes through various stages of life according to the Quranic verses presented. These include being created from dust, then a sperm drop, developing in the womb through a triple layer of darkness, being born as a baby then progressing to a toddler, school age, teen, young adult, marriage age, old age, very old age, and ultimately death. The document encourages taking advantage of the opportunity in life to do righteous deeds and change before it's too late.
2. My Lord is He Who gives life and causes to die. (2:258)
3. And Allâh did create you (Adam) from dust, then from Nutfah (male and female discharge semen drops i.e. Adam's offspring), then He made you pairs (male and female). And no female conceives or gives birth, but with His Knowledge. And no aged man is granted a length of life, nor is a part cut off from his life (or another man's life), but is in a Book (AlLauhAlMahfûz) Surely, that is easy for Allâh. (Fatir 35:11)
4. (Man We did create from a quintessence (of clay); then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed; then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (fetus) lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the Best to Create!) (Al-Mu'minun 23:12-14)
5. (He has created you from a single being, then made its mate of the same (kind), and He has made for you eight of the cattle in pairs. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers — a creation after a creation — in triple darkness; that is Allah your Lord.) (Az-Zumar 39:6) The(triple darkness)in this verse can be logically interpreted as follows: 1. The mother's abdominal wall 2. The uterus wall 3. The surroundings of the fetus (placenta, embryonic membranes, and amniotic fluid)
6. (From a sperm drop He has created him, and then molded him in due proportions.) (`Abasa 80:19)
18. And if you only could see when the Mujrimûn (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) shall hang their heads before their Lord (saying): "Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back (to the world), we will do righteous good deeds. Verily! We now believe with certainty." (As-Sajdah 32:12)
