I highly recommend Xiaowu Wang as a candidate for your study program. From June
through August 2012 and then again from May through August of 2014, Xiaowu worked as an
intern at U.S. Rilin Corporation. During this time, he was a member of my project team, and we
worked together closely. He handled a variety of accounting related tasks on our projects,
including handling accounts payable responsibilities for constructions expenses.
Xiaowu was a very reliable employee and was able to handle his tasks independently
and with great competence. His work was always done very thoroughly, with every proverbial
T crossed, and was always highly legible and clearly organized. He was also able to deliver all
records and balance sheets in a timely manner. He was also willing to tackle and help on tasks
that were outside of his area of expertise. Xiaowu’s bilingual Chinese-English facilities were a
major help to us in reviewing project documents, including contracts. He was able to assess
and explain documents (accounting based or otherwise) with clarity and precision. Importantly,
Xiaowu wasn’t afraid to ask and make sure that he had the proper understanding of documents
before conducting and submitting any work.
Xiaowu was a very welcoming and friendly colleague who always receptive to questions
and requests. His energy and general good humor made him well liked among all of our
colleagues. His excellent interpersonal skills served as a real asset in coordinating between
departments and personnel. These attributes allowed Xiaowu ultimately to become someone
who not just has a solid understanding of accounting practices as they relate to our firm, but
someone who was able to work well within our corporate environment.
Based on his performance, I have no hesitations in recommending Xiaowu for your
program. I feel Xiaowu has a bright future and will become a real asset to any organization he
