TAKE NOTE:
According to the mandatory documents that we must adhere to for accreditation the ISO 9001:2008
version will no longer be valid from the 1 September 2018 as it is expected that all companies will have
transfered across to the new ISO 9001:2015 version before 31 August 2018. Hence the reason that this
re-certification certificate is only valid until 1 September 2018. Once your company has been certified to
the new ISO 9001:2015 your expiry date will revert back to the original.
Please note that the 1st
surveillance audit of the 3-year cycle will take place during 15 September 2016. Approximately
1-month beforehand, the Lead Auditor will contact you to arrange and confirm a mutually agreed date and time for the
surveillance audit.
