Young Savants is an organization that uses basketball to educate underserved youth in Boston. Their mission is to help students develop academic and life skills to succeed beyond athletics. They serve a diverse group of boys and girls aged 6-18 through mandatory study halls, workshops on topics like violence prevention, and annual trips to college campuses. The organization is run by volunteers and alumni and aims to help students earn college degrees and develop employment opportunities.
