 Take a Good
                     Look!
                     When it comes to compensation,

At first glance, seeing big numbers on your pay cheque may seem like the
only thing that matters when deciding where to start your career. But make
sure you take a second (and third!) look and consider everything an organization
is offering you—from benefits and time-off, to learning opportunities.

At KPMG, we understand that our people are our most important asset.
We also understand that if we want to attract and retain the most talented
people, we need to offer our employees rewards that fit their immediate needs,
as well as their long-term goals.
                                                                                                                        ,

That is why we have developed a “total rewards” package, which provides
options that you can adapt to fit your changing life.
